"Kate was there to find the home that I wanted, not just a home to sell! Let me tell you my experience. I had been living in Downtown Denver for over a year and a half, and was sick and tired of paying over $2,000/month to rent only a two bedroom place in the City. I decided that it was time for  me to lay my roots in Colorado and purchase a home. I had known Kate for a little over a year, and she was extremely patient with me. While I was renting she would always encourage me to reach out to her when the time was right for me without being pushy about it. The time finally came and I went directly to her. It was an absolute delight going house to house with Kate. You could tell that she was excited to walk through the houses so that she could see for herself as well! We spent over 3 weeks, looking at about 15-20 houses. We went and looked at those that were on my list to view, but she also encouraged me to look at others that she liked as well. What impressed me the most, is that even when I thought that I had found the house that I liked, she would take the other side of the argument to tell me what she didn't like about it and things that I would have to consider changing down the road that would cost me more time and money. Most salespeople I know would take the deal and run, she did the opposite of that. Being a salesperson myself, that really impressed me. Colorado is an extremely competitive buyers market, so even after I put a bid on a house, we continued to search. THANK THE GOOD LORD THAT I DID! I ended up, not going through with my original decision and then she found me THE PERFECT HOME. Only a realtor would have known about this house too. This home had just come back on the market when the original buyer's financing fell through and we were able to scoop it up before the sign was planted back in the ground. We didn't have to out bid anyone by thousands of dollars to get it either. We ended up with a beautifully remodeled, and completely updated 2800 sq. foot home, in a charming neighborhood in Littleton at about $15k less than the original buyers were going to purchase it. AT NO point have I felt any remorse of this decision, in fact, we are continuously turning our home from a blank canvas to one of the prettiest houses on the block without spending an arm and a leg to make it our own. Kate did a great job for me, and more importantly she is a good hearted, genuine person that had my best interest in mind.
